QRX Meet
Terms of Service
These terms are the rules for using QRX Meet. By creating an account or joining a meeting, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and Community guidelines.
The service
QRX Meet lets a signed-in user host or join a video meeting, use chat, raise a hand, share a screen, show an image or PDF, and draw on a whiteboard. Meetings are live. QRX Meet does not record the call.
Your account
You must give a real name and an email address you can access. You are responsible for your password and for meetings started from your account. One person should not share an account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines.
Meetings
The host controls the room. The host may mute participants, lock the room, use a waiting room, admit or remove someone, and end the meeting. Do not join a meeting you were not invited to, and do not share a meeting link in order to disrupt it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the chat, files, and drawings you send. You give QRX Meet permission to store and display that content only so the people in the meeting can see it and the service can operate. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
You may not use QRX Meet to break the law, harass anyone, share sexual content involving a minor, send malware, or overload the service. The full rules are on the Community guidelines page. Hosts can block a participant. Anyone can report abuse to hello@qrxmeet.com.
Children
You must be at least 13 years old to use QRX Meet. The service is not directed at children under 13. See Child safety.
Availability
Meetings depend on your network and on our providers, including LiveKit for live audio and video. We may change, pause, or stop a feature. We do not promise that every call will connect on every device.
Ending use
You may stop using QRX Meet and ask us to delete your account from the Delete account page. We may close an account that violates these terms. Provisions that should survive, including acceptable use and limits of liability, still apply.
Disclaimers
QRX Meet is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost meetings, lost files, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India, unless a non-waivable consumer law in your country says otherwise.
