Delete your account

This page is the public way to ask QRX Meet to delete an account created on qrxmeet.com or in the Android app.

Deletion is free. You do not need to install the app again to ask.

What we delete

• Your name, email address, and password hash.
• Meetings you hosted, including their chat, shared images, PDFs, and whiteboard marks.
• The sign-in token for that account.

Live audio, video, and screen share are not stored after a call ends, so there is no recording to delete.

What can remain

If you joined a meeting hosted by someone else, that host’s meeting may still show your display name in its participant list. Email us if you also want those entries removed, and include the meeting ID. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

How to ask

Send an email from the same address as the account, so we can confirm it is you.

• To: hello@qrxmeet.com
• Subject: Delete my QRX Meet account
• In the message: the account email and the name on the account.

If you no longer have access to that email, write from another address and include any meeting ID you hosted so we can match the account. We may ask a follow-up question before deleting it.
